I’m a person who sometimes takes life too seriously 😉 Deeply introverted, sensitive, and introspective. I’m currently navigating my 30s with awkwardness, intensity, and a healthy dose of enthusiasm. I’m a bit of a personal development nerd, who loves researching and learning. The blog is partly to fill a creative void that’s currently in my life, but also a place to share what I’ve learned, and discuss me thoughts — best of all, with the liberty to go on at length about it! If I can motivate, connect with, or inspire someone else in the process, that is a huge win.

While I would love to be more open with readers, I have the type of job that restricts me a little bit, in the sense that they prefer I keep a pretty low profile, and avoid any possible conflict of interest.
